Plans are on the way for announcing the release of two new real estate projects for Al Buhaira National Insurance Co. One of these buildings (at Al Khan) already released for the clients for occupation and the other (at Al Nahda) is approaching its date of release shortly.
One of the projects is at a prime location in Nahda area in Sharjah, with total investment of Dh 215 Million, will be a large complex of 3 adjoining 25 floor towers sitting on common G + 4 podium. The towers will consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom deluxe apartment and the podium will house Showrooms, Car Parks and other modern health and leisure facilities such as swimming pool, health club, day care center and multi purpose hall.

With an investment of Dh 55 Million, the second project is a G+4+16 typical floors tower. This deluxe residential and commercial tower is located in Al Khan Area, Sharjah and will contain 1 and 2 bed room apartments.
These two developments will add to an impressive list of real estate holdings by Al Buhaira National Insurance Co which includes 38 floors Al Buhaira Tower, Company’s Head Office building at the Khalid Lagoon, Sharjah.
